OEM & Supplier Partners
Work with the Certadyn group as an OEM, authorised distributor, supplier or subcontractor.
Become an OEM Partner
Certadyn Ltd (UK) manages OEM and supplier-facing relationships for the Certadyn group. If you are an international manufacturer, authorised distributor or supplier looking to reach Nigerian energy-sector customers, we can evaluate a structured commercial arrangement.
Manufacturer verification: Provide your company details, authorised territories and product catalogue.
Commercial model: We will discuss reseller, distributor, agent or supply arrangements that identify the correct contracting entity.
Compliance checks: We carry out anti-bribery, sanctions and export-control due diligence on potential partners.
How Partner Enquiries Flow
- Initial review: Certadyn Ltd (UK) receives and reviews your supplier or OEM enquiry.
- Capability matching: We assess whether your products fit current or projected Nigerian opportunities.
- Entity identification: Any agreement will identify the correct legal entity — Certadyn Ltd (UK), Certadyn Limited (Nigeria), or both — as the contracting party.
- Onward supply: Where goods are sourced for a Nigerian customer, Certadyn Ltd (UK) may supply Certadyn Limited (Nigeria) under a written intercompany supply agreement.
We do not claim authorised-distributor status without a written appointment, and we do not promise specific sales volumes or customer commitments until a formal agreement is in place.
